Terms of use
By using this website or placing an order with D²ThreeD, you’re agreeing to the following terms. Nothing here removes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Using this website
Please use the site the way it’s meant to be used — don’t try to break it, scrape it, or misuse the enquiry, suggestion or upload forms. We can restrict or suspend access for anyone who does.
Product information and pricing
We try to keep photos, descriptions and prices accurate, but small mistakes can happen from time to time. All prices are shown in Australian dollars. If we spot a genuine pricing or listing error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before doing anything else, and you’re welcome to cancel for a full refund if you’d rather not proceed at the corrected price.
Order acceptance and payment
An order is accepted once payment has been processed, or — for quoted custom work such as Weddings & Events or Business & Organisations — once you’ve confirmed the quote with us. When online ordering is available, payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at the time you place your order; we don’t store your full card details.
Made to order, personalised and custom orders
Most of what we make is produced to order rather than pulled off a shelf, and much of it is personalised specifically for you. Please check names, spelling, colours, dates, sizes and other personalisation details carefully before confirming your order. Once we’ve started production, we may not always be able to change or cancel your order — see our Returns & Refunds and Cancellations policies for more detail. None of this affects your rights if something arrives faulty, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or significantly different from how it was described.
Product variations
Because most items are handmade or made to order, small variations are a normal part of the process. For 3D printed products, minor layer lines or small surface texture variations are part of how the item is made and aren’t necessarily a fault. Colour can also vary slightly between orders due to material batches, screen or photo differences, and the manufacturing process itself. This doesn’t excuse a genuine fault or an item that’s materially different from what was described.
Content you provide us
If you give us a photo, logo, artwork, text, name or other design to use on your order, you’re confirming that you have the right to use it and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights, and you’re authorising us to use it to make your requested item. We don’t claim ownership of anything you supply. We can refuse or cancel a request if we reasonably believe the content is unlawful, offensive, or infringes someone else’s rights.
Our intellectual property
Our own designs, imagery and site content belong to D²ThreeD. Where a product is based on a licensed third-party design, we’ve secured the rights needed to sell it to you — that licence covers the physical item you’ve bought, not the underlying design itself.
Delivery
See our Shipping & Delivery policy for how production, dispatch and delivery timing works.
Returns and refunds
See our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Website availability
We do our best to keep the site running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free — for example during maintenance or a technical issue. We’ll fix genuine errors as quickly as we reasonably can.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
