Privacy
D²ThreeD only collects the personal information we need to run the shop, make your order, and stay in touch if you get in touch with us. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for anything beyond what’s described here.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name, email address and phone number (if you give it to us) — when you place an order, send an enquiry, submit a suggestion, or save your wishlist.
- Delivery details — your shipping address, collected securely as part of placing an order.
- Order details — the products, chosen options and any personalisation you ask us to include, like a name, date or wording.
- Enquiry and suggestion details — your message, and any photos, sketches, artwork or files you choose to attach.
- Wishlist information — by default your wishlist is anonymous and tied only to your browser. If you choose to save it so you can access it from another device, we also hold your first name, email address and postcode.
- Marketing preference — whether you’ve opted in to receive occasional emails from us.
- Basic technical data — things like IP address, collected automatically by our hosting and security providers to keep the site running safely.
We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled directly and securely by our payment provider, Stripe — D²ThreeD only receives confirmation that a payment has gone through.
How we use it
- To make, personalise and dispatch your order
- To respond to enquiries, quotes and product suggestions
- To run the wishlist, and let you access it across devices if you choose to save it
- To provide customer support and follow up on anything you’ve contacted us about
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud or misuse
- To meet our own accounting and record-keeping obligations
- To send marketing emails, but only if you’ve opted in — see Marketing below
Who we share it with
We share information only with the third-party providers that help us run the shop: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (our database and file storage), Stripe (payments) and Resend (order and enquiry emails). We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for our own accounting and warranty purposes. Enquiry, suggestion and wishlist details are kept only as long as they’re useful to you or us, and can be deleted on request.
Marketing
We only send marketing emails if you’ve opted in — for example, by ticking the box when saving your wishlist. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us.
Your choices, access and complaints
You can browse the shop and use the wishlist anonymously without giving us anything. If you’ve given us your details and would like to see, correct or delete them, or if you have a privacy question or complaint, email itsthe2ds@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out directly.
