Personalised & made-to-order cancellations

Because everything is made specifically for your order, cancellation works a little differently to buying a stocked item.

Before production starts

If you contact us before production has started, we can usually cancel the order and provide a full refund. For custom or quoted work, any design or preparation work already completed may need to be considered.

Once production has started

Once a personalised or made-to-order item is in production, we may not be able to cancel or refund it, since it’s already being made specifically for you and typically can’t be resold. This doesn’t affect your rights if something has genuinely gone wrong on our end, or if the finished item is faulty or not as described — see our Returns & Refunds policy.

Quoted and custom work

For quoted custom work — Want It Different, Got An Idea, Weddings & Events, and Business & Organisations — cancellation terms are agreed with you as part of the quote, before any payment is required.

How to cancel

Email itsthe2ds@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible — the sooner you tell us, the more likely we can stop production in time.
